The name Double L is inspired by Double RL Ranch, spanning over 16,000 just outside of Ridgway. The ranch is a blend of elegance and rustic charm, reflecting our mutual appreciation for the American West. Double L signifies our journey together and commitment, as we both become Lowe after we say I do :)

We’re asking guests to dress in formal, elegant wedding attire. Timeless, refined, and with a touch of the West. For women, think long, flowing dresses in soft spring tones, maybe a vintage turquoise cuff. For men, suits, jackets, and feel free to add a little flair, like a favorite pair of well-worn boots or a bolo tie.

We are manifesting clear skies, sun, and warm temperatures on the longest day of the year! Be sure to bring layers as it gets cool in the evening. There will be opportunities to swim and soak, so be sure to pack accordingly.

Spending quality time with our friends and family is our top priority. As our wedding will be an intimate gathering, we’ll keep you updated on the possibility of bringing a guest if you’re not married, partnered, or engaged.

We definitely suggest you rent a car if you would like to explore some of the surrounding area; from a scenic drive to visit Telluride, to Ouray's famous hot springs, there is so much beauty to explore in the area.

If you don't rent a car, you can book a shuttle from Montrose Airport to Ridgway. If you're staying in town there are restaurants, shops, and trails in walking distance. We will provide shuttles from Chipeta Lodge to Storm King Mountain Ranch (15 mi from town).
